Brief History of the Pierogi
The pierogi is a dish eaten throughout most of Eastern Europe. It is often know as being a Polish dish although it can be found in Hungry, Slovakia, Russia, and the Ukraine. Pierogis are served in various forms, sometimes they are filled with vegetables such as cabbage, cheeses, and meats.
